3. Order confirmation and invoicing
Immediate charge:
Payment will be processed at the time of order placement. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

Bank statement:
The debit may appear on your bank statement as a BRUMZ.

Currency processing:
All transactions are processed in GBP(£) . If your bank uses a different currency, exchange rates or additional fees may apply. BRUMZ has no control over these fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

4. Failed transactions

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Make sure your card is activated for online payments.
  • Check if your billing information matches the information held by your bank.

5. Refunds and Disputes
