The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.

The contract is concluded through:

  • our order confirmation via email or
  • the shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

The invoice amount is due immediately.


4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
We will inform the customer immediately of any delays.


5. Shipping costs

For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.


6. Right of withdrawal (30-day return policy)

After revocation:

  • The customer returns the goods.

  • are in their original condition
  • Please return the item in its original packaging if possible.

The customer may be required to bear the return shipping costs, provided this is legally permissible.
