Orders received after 5:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Where We Deliver
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.
If your location is not supported, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

5. Shipment Tracking & Order Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become visible.
You can track your shipment via the link in the confirmation email or via our "Track Order" page.

6. Customs, Fees & VAT
For customers in the United Kingdom, there are no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to the order or delivery address are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
Orders can be cancelled until 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day of the order.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, you can refuse delivery.
A refund will be issued after the item is returned.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery (unused items).
Return shipping is free – we provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or incorrect items will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

9. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment.
Additional shipping costs may apply for resending.
